NAWMC Brochures
The North American Weather Modification Council has developed three brochures on the basics of cloud seeding. The brochures cover the science of cold season and warm season operations and its relation to the climate and environment. Click the links below to view the brochures.

Cold Season Cloud Seeding
Covers winter cloud seeding primarily for snowpack enhancement. Some cold season programs near coastal areas are conducted for rain enhancement.
Warm Season Cloud Seeding
Covers summer cloud seeding primarily for rain enhancement and hail suppression.

Environment and Climate
Explains the role of cloud seeding in the climate system and its effect on the environment.
